Questions to ponder for startup founders

How does someone with autism….

Yep, a person who generally has difficulty with transitions.

Hold many different careers living in 9 countries and then launches a startup that treats brain injury using virtual reality?

Here’s my thoughts:

-   Extremely intelligent

-   Can easily work 14 hours without a break

-   There are super powers of being a founder with autism

These are some of the things I tried to get to the bottom of during the next episode of ICL with Faviola Brugger of Neuro Reality.

Questions to ponder…

🤔 What might I do to accomplish my 5-year goal in 6-months, if a gun was up against my head? (Tim Ferriss)

This is a question I revisit monthly. If you are running a business or trying to accomplish any personal goal, it is easy to get side tracked by the minutiae. However, when you condense the timeline, you become hyper focused on what matters most.

❔ If I could only work 2 hours per day on income producing activities, what would I focus on?

The ultimate productivity prompt and the first question I ask myself every morning. By asking yourself this question you will be able to eliminate the nonessential things and leave only what matters most.

🧹 What if the only way to add to my life was to subtract from it? What would be the first 1–2 things that I would remove?

I should revisit this question more often to make sure that I am not just adding to my life as a way to get more out of it. Big things I removed recently: Twitter, 2 sugar cubes in my coffee (just add 1 now), a couple of newsletters. I have realized that the fewer things that I own; the happier I become.
